Delivery Methods & Costs

We charge a flat rate of £5.99 for all UK mainland orders.

We process and dispatch all orders within three working day of receiving payment for them. Ordinarily most orders are dispatched in one working day. On rare occasions some items may be unavailable or may take a little longer, should this be the case we will of course contact you via the contact methods provided to inform you of this delay. All orders are sent in plain padded envelopes or boxes with no visible branding.

We use DHL to send your goods, this is a tracked service and delivery times are usually between 07.00 and 17.30 (Mon – Fri). Please note a signature will be required for your goods upon delivery. If no one is in at the time of delivery, a card will be left or an email sent to you with details of either a re-delivery time or information for you to arrange this. They will attempt to deliver your goods up to two times before returning them to us, should this happen and you still wish to receive them then a re-delivery charge will be payable before we can re-send them. If you no longer require your goods then we will refund you minus any shipping costs incurred by us to send them.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Highlands and any other non-mainland UK locations an extra postage fee may need to be applied in order.

Refunds & Returns

Change of Mind

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return your goods to us for a full refund (excluding original postage costs) within 28 days of you receiving them. All items must be returned to us in a brand new and totally unused condition. If the item has been used or opened then we will not accept the return. Upon receiving your goods back we will issue a refund to you by the method in which you paid. Please ensure that you contact us before sending anything back so we can log the details as well as provide you with any information needed to process it. Any return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

 

Damages

If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should you must report it to us within 48 hours otherwise we will be unable to deal with the matter.

You will be asked to provide evidence of the damages/fault or in some cases we may require the item to be returned to us. If the item is required to be sent back to us we will arrange collection of it via a courier at a time which is suitable for you. We advise to get this done as quickly as possible so we can get your replacements sent out.

Once we have received the evidence we require or the item back to us, your replacements will be sent out. If an item is reported as faulty but upon return of it we find it to be working you will be charged for the cost of returning the item as well as the new postage costs to send it back out.
